The items provided by https://shop.triloclick.com are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all publishers and suppliers referenced.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed from the delivery of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Defective items:
The customer must send back the new or not consumed articles in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all the possible accessories, instructions for use and documentations (in its original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to shop@triloclick.com (description and photos/videos attached).
To make a return, you must also present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer, we will advise you of the steps to take when your file is accepted according to our conditions. There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within an average of 5-10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale and/or on special offer are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to shop@triloclick.com
Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than ₹499, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
Right of withdrawal
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, ShopingX is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of the return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:
- Products that you have opened and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
- Products that cannot be separated from other items
- Opened products that are not in their original condition, that are damaged or that have some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
