All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time is usually 10 business days, but in some cases it can be as long as 20 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking link to track your order.
As long as your order has not been procesed by our team, you can cancel it at any time (and at no cost). Once your order is “in process”, it is no longer possible for us to cancel it.
